The Ohio Controlled Environment Agriculture Center (OHCEAC) offers a comprehensive opportunity to learn Dutch-style high wire tomato production under controlled environments. Online lectures will be held over 4 weeks, followed by an optional two-day hands-on greenhouse training.

Online Learning by Live Lectures (Sept. 18 & 25) and/or by lecture recordings
This course offers all the keys to learn soilless production of strawberry under greenhouse and indoor controlled environment. Contents include strawberry physiology, cultivar selection, production practices, and systems. Six lectures will be delivered over two weeks and students can have options of participating live lectures or listen to the recordings. Students will be given additional two weeks to complete all lectures, and complete knowledge check to receive certificate of completion.

This year's conference focused on transplant production technologies and their crucial role in enhancing sustainability and productivity across various crop sectors.

The Ohio Controlled Environment Agriculture Center (OHCEAC) hosted its inaugural "Greenhouse Tomato Academy" in Columbus, Ohio. The 4.5-day hands-on training program took place from Monday, June 23 to Friday, June 27, 2025, at The Ohio State University's Controlled Environment Agriculture Research Complex (CEARC), focusing on Dutch-style high-wire tomato production and climate and crop management in greenhouses.

The event will be held in Columbus, Ohio here at our very own Controlled Environment Agriculture Research Complex (CEARC) from Monday, June 23 to Friday, June 27, 2025. The 4.5-day comprehensive hands-on training program will teach participants everything there is to know about Dutch-style high-wire tomato production and climate/crop management in a greenhouse.
